Fantastic Stay!
helpful staffconvenient ski shopeasy organization
I found the staff to be helpful. They assisted with dinner reservations prior to my arrival and helped arrange a last-minute taxi when my original one cancelled. The ski shop located within the hotel was very convenient for equipment storage. I really appreciated the hotel organizing ski passes, it simplified things considerably.
The gym could use a few more weights.

The hotel offers a superb relaxation room for quiet time. The location is central with bus stops just outside the building. I found a water fountain with recyclable cups, a great eco-friendly initiative.

some issues encountered
early spa closingpoor room lighting
the spa hours disappointed me. the spa closed early at 8pm and did not open until 10am. this made it hard to use after a day on the slopes.. also, the room lacked sufficient lighting. the poor lighting made it difficult to relax in the evenings.

I booked a superior double room and found it clean and tidy. The facilities were great and so was the service. The pool and sauna provided nice relaxation after activities (the area was well-kept). I found free tea and cake in the afternoons, a welcome treat after a day outside.

Breakfast offered many options and the staff were cute. The hotel bar featured a lovely snack menu, useful who preferred not to venture out for dinner (plenty of local choices, though).

The hotel provided a shuttle bus service to the lifts, a convenient alternative to the village bus. Ski hire was available in the hotel basement (a definite plus for hitting the slopes quickly). Cleanliness and safety seemed a priority.

The room included soft towels and robes. The rooms were clean and tidy and equipped with everything necessary for the holiday. The hotel welcomed my request for early morning pastries before I left.
